  1. Erectile dysfunction and weak erections greatly
interfere with a man’s ability of having a normal relationship
with his partner. The best way to treat these problems is to take herbal supplements because they are natural and
they have a great rejuvenating effect on your reproductive system.

When a young man has his first experience regarding masturbation,
he never thinks that this could harm him in any way.
He might consider that what he does is pleasant or he might be ashamed, but he would never guess
that, in time, this practice can alter his health and his chance of having a normal life.

Over masturbation produces ugly and frightening side effects that only become visible in time.

One of the most serious and, in the same time, common consequences of over masturbating is erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction and weak erections really interfere with a man’s ability of having a normal relationship with his partner.
They are frustrating and embarrassing in the same time, but the can be treated without too much hassle.
The best way to treat erectile dysfunction and weak erection due to over masturbation is to take herbal supplements because they are natural and
they have a great rejuvenating effect on your reproductive system.
Booster capsules are great for treating erectile dysfunction and weak erection due to over masturbation.
They are made of many herbs with beneficial effects
on the health of your reproductive system. Erections are closely connected with how good your blood
    flow is.

If the penile area is irrigated with blood properly, you are very likely to enjoy
great erections. Booster capsules improve blood circulation and
thus increase your lasting time and your sexual performance.
Another consequence of increased blood flow is the fact that you can delay the moment
when you ejaculate so you can prolong pleasure for you and your
partner. Booster capsules are safe to be taken because they contain only natural
ingredients. They treat erectile dysfunction and weak erection naturally, only
by stimulating your body and making it more responsive to the increased blood flow.
Some of the herbs also have aphrodisiac effects and others have been used as male enhancers
for ages. Booster capsules provide other benefits besides curing erectile
dysfunction caused by over masturbation. It is of course recommended that while taking Booster capsules to also give up over masturbating in order to enhance
their effect on the body. A cure with these capsules should last
for a few months if you aim for the best results.

Male Impotence is a serious problem that affects millions of men around the world.
It is the inability of a male to maintain an erection long enough for sexual
intercourse. But can affect a man of any age. Impotence does not generally include other symptoms such
as lack of libido, inability to ejaculate or
the inability to achieve orgasm. The symptoms of male impotence are the persistent or regular inability to
achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for the completion of sexual intercourse or
other sexual activity, despite an unaffected desire for sex.
What are the main causes of male impotance?

Varicocele – It is a swollen varicose vein in the scrotum, most commonly on the left side.
Blood accumulated in the swollen testicular veins leads to increased temperature in the testis on surgery for
hernia/hydrocele may lead to blockage of the passage between the testes and the penis.
In this case sperms will be absent from the semen (azoospermia).
Diabetes (high blood sugar) – Between 35% and 50% of men with diabetes have ED, and ED may
be a predictor for other vascular problems.

Hormonal imbalance – Hormonal imbalance due to pituitary or adrenal gland can lead to infertility.
Substance Abuse – Exessive intake of alcohol and/or drugs leads to decrease in liver function and increase in levels of the hormone
Estrogen which in turn suppresses sperm production. Stress, anxiety or
depression including stress from work or family situations –
Stress and anxiety are leading causes of temporary ED. Food: – Perhaps the best therapy when it comes to flushing plaque!
Plaque is causing your problem because adequate blood circulation cannot get to the member.
Food therapy will remedy the problem in weeks!
You should be eating a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet.

On the opposite end of that, you should be eating a diet high in fresh fruits, vegetables,
and legumes. Ginger: – Ginger is a relative
of Cardamom, and well known for its warming, aromatic properties.
In an article titled “Studies on Herbal Aphrodisiacs Used in the Arab System”, published in the American Journal of Chinese Medicine, some Saudi
scientists asserted that ginger extracts significantly increase sperm motility and
quantity. Saw Palmetto – One of the most popular
male enhancement herbs, saw palmetto contains the powerful compound beta sisterly which is crucial for promoting sexual
as well as prostate health. Gingko- The herb ginkgo can improve blood flow downstairs which can reverse impotence.
However, you will need to take the herb at least 6-8 weeks to
see consistent results. You can find the herb at any health store and you should follow the recommended
dosage. Chaste Tree: – Treats impotence, infertility and emissions, especially
in old age, from sexual overindulgence, excess masturbation or
after venereal disease. Regulate the pituitary, increases sperm count, increases testosterone.

Booster capsule and Mast Mood oil provide
the best ways to treat erectile dysfunction. These remedies reduce the impact
of other chronic conditions. Many medicamental herbs are used
to cure a wide range of diseases. Herbal cures are less harsh as compared
to pharmaceutical products. There are many industrial medicines that
can cause permanent damage to the body organs
and there can be various other side effects of using such medicines.
Especially, the cure for endocrines imbalance has side effects which can be embarrassing and depressing.
Intake of it can initiate the problem of erectile dysfunction as
it causes imbalance of the endocrines.

One of the major advantages of the herbal cure is that it has no side effects.
In case of herbal remedies, the dosage is very important and
the level of herbs taken should not exceed a certain level.
Why and how to treat erectile dysfunction using
ayurvedic treatments? Ayurvedic cures are based on herbs and many different types of herbs and their properties
are explained in ayurvedic texts. When taken in the right amount herbs not only cures the medical problem but also reduces the impact of
other chronic conditions. Saffron is a herb which can cure many health problems when taken in the
right amount. It can be taken for nervous pains,
asthma, cough, insomnia, rheumatism, gingivitis, sleeplessness, gastric disorders, uterus chronic hemorrhage, brain damage and cardiovascular diseases.

People seeking answer to how to treat erectile dysfunction can take saffron with other herbs in regulated
amounts to cure psychological and physical changes that cause ED.

The cure offered by Booster capsule and Mast Mood oil is safest
and very effective cure for the problem of ED.

Type 2 diabetes may be linked to erectile dysfunction, a new study suggests.
People who had genetic risk factors for type 2 diabetes were more likely to
have erectile dysfunction (ED) than those without these risk factors, researchers revealed in a study published today
(Dec. 20) in the American Journal of Human Genetics. The researchers analyzed data gathered in three different databases:
the UK Biobank, the Estonian GenomeCenter of the University of Tartu cohort and
the Partners HealthCare Biobank. The study involved more than 220,000 men, around 6,
000 of whom had erectile dysfunction. In the study, researchers wanted
to see what conditions or genetic traits might predispose people
    to ED.

Looking for genes that may increase a person’s risk for these disease is far from straightforward,
however. For example, previous research has identified about 100 gene variations that are linked to type 2 diabetes alone.

So, for each condition, the researchers calculated a “genetic risk factor score,” based on the number of risk-increasing gene variants a person had.
Then, the researchers looked to see if there were any links between a person’s genetic risk factor score and ED.
They found that men with ED were more likely to have a high risk factor score for type 2 diabetes, compared with men without ED.

The researchers didn’t find a strong association between ED
and risk factor scores for any of the other conditions they looked at,
however. Anna Murray, associate professor of human genetics at the University of Exeter in the
U.K. And the findings are strong enough, according to Murray, to suggest a cause-and-effect link between the two conditions.
It makes “good biological sense,” Murray added.
While on the face of it the conditions may seem unrelated, type 2 diabetes can cause nerve damage and problems with blood
vessels. The latter especially is very important in maintaining
an erection, Murray told Live Science.

Dr. Caroline Messer, an endocrinologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New
York City, who was not part of the study, agreed that the findings are compelling.
There are many ways that ED and type 2 diabetes could be connected, including through changes in the brain or
through the blood vessels in the body, she noted.
Even so, knowing that ED might have a genetic basis that’s linked to type 2 diabetes isn’t really going to
“change the way I’m going to treat my patients,”
Messer said. Murray said. But based on this study, “you would make that assumption.”
She hopes that in the future even larger studies can look at this association and that
those studies will lead to treatments. Diet and exercise can really
help manage type 2 diabetes, she noted, and so
they might also affect erectile dysfunction. There’s “lots of reasons why you’d want to cure type 2 diabetes,” Murray said.

Murray noted that, while the study primarily including
people of British descent, the findings likely apply to all
people with a European background. It’s unclear, however, if
the study would apply to people all over world.
More research is needed to apply the findings more broadly.

Small penis size and erectile dysfunction have actually been among the most common and greatest of male confidence and
self-esteem wreckers over the years. Males like to be appreciated, particularly over the bed and they like to be the dominant force who can really charm their spouse and
give them real satisfaction and pleasure. However, it is also true
that when that does not happen, this can really dent the male morale.
In general, non-performance over the bed results in strained relationships between the
man and his spouse; a dip in the performance in the office; withdrawal from social life and various
several more negative implications. Of course, the above
are just the negative implications on males.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) can also have a bad effect on the
female categories, as they do not find the satisfaction in bed.
This actually results in a mismatch in expectations and is the major cause of many problems thereafter.

More to the point, VigRX Plus reviews tell that it is the savior of men in situations like this.

VigRX medications can do wonders when it comes to curing the problems men have in bed.
Over the recent years, males have grabbed at these drugs like a sinking man would grab straws of grass.
In most of the cases, however, males, desperate to find a way
out of the problem, have taken the drugs without even verifying
whether these medications are perfect for them.

This would not actually mean that these pills are bad for health but
this cannot be emphasized enough that an individual needs to take several precautions before having
these pills. How many people with the same problems have used the product in the past and what is the percentage among them who
have really benefited? What is the specific feedback about the pills?
Has the drug been clinically established to be secure and safe
and can the manufacturers guarantee that the user would not have any side effects at all?

Do the makers offer a trial period that is actually risk
free? For how long has the firm been doing the business?
Do you really think that the drug is really worth the price?
However, certain recent researches and customer feedbacks have resulted in a plethora
    of positives about this drug.

One of the most hated words by men. It is defined as a man’s inability to have or sustain an erection of the penis suitable for an intercourse.
Some may have an erection for some time and for others not at all.

Nearly every man must have experienced it at least once in his life time.
But if it occurs frequently then it is a serious issue that requires attention. Actually ED is not a disease; rather it is the outbreak of some
other cause. Many factors could promote ED. In younger ones, the main cause is performance anxiety and
stress. Also it is seen that its intensity increases with age.

Generally an erection is caused by the combined effort of brain, hormone, nerves and muscles.
So if anything affects these body parts then it may cause problems in erection. Also
disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, vascular disease, nervous system disorders or
surgical complications may cause problems in erection. Additionally psychological
factors such as stress, depression, performance anxiety
etc could also be the primary cause for erectile
dysfunction. Also certain medications taken for heart disease; high blood pressure etc can affect the normal erection. Earlier there
was no remedy for erectile dysfunction. Males used to keep their issues in the dark and left themselves to suffer.

This indirectly affected their partners also. The partner was also
deprived of a satisfied sex. But with the advancement of time, things have changed completely.
Nowadays there are many options available to treat ED. Instruments like artificial rods and penis pump are used to make the penis stronger for erection. But owing to its high cost and difficulties
people are now opting for much more reliable herbal
enhancement pills. Made from herbal extracts it resolves all problems related to sexual dysfunction. One of the widely acclaimed enhancement pills is Fullthrottle Ondemand.
It helps in providing a longer erection of
penis which means an extended sexual intercourse.
Besides being a stress reliever it also helps in maintaining the hormone level of the body.
But the most important factor in the treatment of ED
is to improve sexual intimacy and pleasure between the partners.
This helps to alleviate major psychological issues in ED.
But if you don’t feel any change in the condition, then never hesitate to consult a doctor.
It could be the signal of some other major health issues other than ED.

Herbal remedies for erectile dysfunction are trusted because they have been successfully used for long times.
Know the best herbal remedies for erectile dysfunction and their
benefits. Herbal remedies for erectile dysfunction have become the product of choice for many men suffering of this condition. There
are indeed many other products on the market that promise
incredible benefits for men with ED, but there are also people that have used them
and state that they are either inefficient or have too many side effects.
The confidence in what concerns such products is very low and men prefer to
take the safe path for solving their erectile problems.
Herbal remedies for erectile dysfunction are trusted because they have
    been used for long times.

They have helped many men recover. Nowadays they are widely available in form of capsules.

The reason why they work is because they address the root causes of erectile dysfunction. They don’t only solve
the symptoms, but also eliminate the causes. Erectile
dysfunction is in most of the cases related to a hormonal imbalance or to
poor blood flow. Herbal remedies provide equilibrium to your body and improve its
normal functions. They also play a part in what concerns relieving stress
and anxiety. Unfortunately they are a serious problem
for many men and they prevent them from enjoying healthy sexual activities.
There are many herbal remedies for erectile dysfunction and
you have to choose the most suitable for you based on their properties.

You have to determine what’s causing erectile dysfunction in your case and to find a remedy that will address that cause.
Keep in mind that ED might also have multiple causes, so you might need to
find a product that contains a combination of herbs, so that all that’s wrong in your body can be taken care of.
Ginseng and gingko biloba are renowned herbal remedies for erectile
dysfunctions. They tone the entire body and they also improve the blood
flow, sustaining the ability of having firmer erections.
There is also the Indian ginseng that can be of help because it has been used
as male enhancer for a long time. It increases
the sexual power and stamina. Tribulus terrestris deals with
both poor blood flow and testosterone imbalances and saw palmetto is
famous for its great effect in fertility issues.
Besides these, there are many other herbs, some of
them from the ayurvedic medicine, that do wonders for
men with ED. Although telling you physician about your sexual problems might not
sound very appealing, it might be best to consult him or her before taking
any herbal remedies. They are indeed safe,
but you need to be cautious especially if you have other health conditions or if
    you are on prescribed pills.

Impotence, or erectile dysfunction, can be a devastating issue, affecting a man’s emotional
health, his relationships, and his overall quality of life.
Men who are experiencing the symptoms of ED are understandably frightened about what the future holds for them, but fortunately, there are a wide range of treatment options
and lifestyle changes that can help. Understanding the options that are available and how appropriate penis care is the first step for men who are dealing with impotence.
First of all, what is erectile dysfunction? Erectile dysfunction is the term used to describe
the inability to get an erection or to maintain it long enough to complete the act of intercourse over a period
    of time.

It is important to keep in mind that every man will experience
the occasional bedroom flop, sometimes for several nights in a
row. But this can be caused by issues like fatigue, a sickness, or a bad day at work.
Erectile dysfunction is only diagnosed when it
becomes an ongoing problem – usually for a period of more
than two weeks. Getting an erection is a highly complex physiological process that
involves the central nervous system (including the brain),
the smooth muscle tissue of the penis, the circulatory system,
and the emotions. Because so many elements
are involved, pinpointing an exact cause can be difficult.
However, underlying health issues such as cardiovascular disease,
diabetes or obesity are often at the heart of
    the problem.

Stress and other emotional health issues, including partner conflict, can also figure into the problem, and certain medications may also inhibit erectile function. Men who are struggling with ED are strongly urged to see their doctor for a full workup in order to determine the underlying cause and decide on a treatment plan. Most men are familiar with the prescription options for treating ED.
There are several popular medications, but all
of these work on the same general principle. These substances
were originally tested for treating high blood pressure, and
it turned out that their vasodilating properties – or
ability to relax and open the blood vessels – helped to trigger erections in male research subjects.

These medications are available by prescription and
are taken orally or injected directly into the penis.
Because they come with a host of side effects, men should only take these under the strict supervision of a
doctor and should let their health care practitioner
know about any other medications they are taking.
Other medical interventions for ED involve both temporary
solutions, such as vacuum pumps, or more permanent means of addressing
the problem, such as penile implants. In both cases, risk of injury and prolonged or permanent ED
    are important considerations. Many practitioners offer suggestions for alternative treatments;
these often include healthy lifestyle changes like losing weight, controlling blood sugar, and quitting smoking.
In many instances, these measures are all that
is needed. Herbal treatments such as ginseng are often used, as well as acupuncture (for the braver
men who are willing to allow a needle to be inserted near their most delicate tool).
    Nutritional solutions such as L-arginine have also shown promise;
this amino acid works as a natural vasodilator that
can help to stimulate erections. John Dugan is a
professional writer who specializes in men’s health issues and is an ongoing contributing writer to

post new comment. How male fertility can be diagnosed?
What are the signs of male infertility?

Most men and women are able to adjust to these changes and still have
a perfectly satisfactory sexual relationships. Although a man of
60 may not be able to run a mile as fast as when he was
18, he should be able to cover the distance and
    may even enjoy the scenery more. The same goes for his wife, especially since she may appreciate the increased ease with which he can delay ejaculation. Worry is the first time you can’t do it a second time;
panic is the second time you can’t do it the
first time. Although many sexual topics are now “out of the closet,” impotence is still a subject that arouses fear and anxiety in many men and women. This
emotional reaction is further strengthened by the lack of knowledge
on the part of patients, their partners, and health care professionals.

Most people were never taught about the erection process in school, let alone given accurate information from other sources.
Much of the knowledge about penile anatomy and physiology has only become available
in the last five years. Our goal at the Male Health Center is
to restore a healthy physical and emotional
outlook to the patient and his partner and therefore improve their ultimate satisfaction with successful treatment of impotence.
Educate: explain in detail the mechanism of erections and the many causes
of problems; dispel any myths that may exist concerning erections.
Try to get the partner involved in the process.

Such participation enhances communication and can identify sources of stress and anxiety for everyone.
Perform accurate diagnosis of the physical and
emotional aspects of the erection problem. Educate partners
on alternatives for treatment and the expected outcome and risks of each treatment.

Help the couple define a plan for rebuilding their sexual
and emotional relationship based on their own particular
physical and emotional circumstances. Continue to
support couples with counseling in adjusting to their new
situations and reevaluate them in case of future difficulties.
Prevention: address factors that can either now or in the future complicate or cause erectile problems such as smoking or high cholesterol.
Most men experience erection problems at some point in their lives due to job, alcohol, stress or mental problems.
Past sexual practices, including masturbation, do NOT cause impotence.

An occasional problem does not mean a man will develop a chronic condition. Physical factors
can directly affect a man’s ability to get and maintain an erection. The mind is very powerful and a
man with or without any physical problem can sabotage his erections just by worrying about
his ability to perform. Many men view impotence as a real challenge to their
self-esteem. Furthermore, many men believe a number of myths surrounding
potency problems. Some men may fear they themselves have caused their erection problem by past actions such as infidelity or masturbation.
A man may have feelings of guilt because he no longer fulfills what he views as his role as
    a man.

It is also common for a man to fear that impotence
is the first sign of his physical decline toward old age and death.
Most men, even when they admit there is a problem, are reluctant to ask for help.

Men shouldn’t express certain feelings. Sex is a performance.
A man must orchestrate sex. A man always wants
and is always ready to have sex. All physical contact must
lead to sex. Sex requires an erection. Good sex is increasing excitement
terminated only by orgasm. Sex should be natural and spontaneous.
In this enlightened age, the preceding myths no longer have any influence us.

How does a physician detect what might be going wrong? Hormone status is assessed by evaluating testicle size and inspection of the prostate through
a prostate exam. Preliminary screening includes blood tests to audit male hormone level, thyroid function, presence of diabetes and a man’s cholesterol level.
A stress audit involves a questionnaire to be completed at home.
A man may also apply a simple snap gauge that can reveal
if the penis is becoming erect during the night. The normal male has
about two or three erections a night. The snap gauge is a painless tool that unsnaps when the penis becomes erect, revealing that an erection occurred when the man was asleep.
This can tell the physician that the man’s equipment is working, and that there may
be another cause that is interrupting the natural erection process.

There may be more specific testing required based on the results of the physical exam and screening tests.
Yohimbine is a useful first-line treatment for erection problems.

It appears to help about a quarter of the men who try it, and side effects are
usually minimal. Currently, medications are being tried in clinical studies, including
a medicine called Sidenafil, which in Europe has
shown excellent preliminary results, especially in men who have primarily
a psychological cause. On the horizon are new methods of applying medicine
to produce erections. Creams rubbed on the skin of the
penis and pellets inserted in the tip of the urethra are under
trial and some show promise. This is a very effective
treatment for many men, and improvement in the drugs
    have reduced side effects.

Look for prostaglandin E-1 or a combination of several medications based on prostaglandin. Devices that produce erection by suction continue to be
safe, effective, and economical. Penile implants have been successfully used since 1960 to treat over 100,000 impotent men. Surgery, however, to insert a penile
implant should only be performed in rare situations.
When a man can’t or won’t succeed with other treatments, an implant is the last resort.
Of all the approaches, this one caries the most irrevocable
consequences. Once you’ve had an implant, that’s it — the
normal spongy tissue has been damaged and destroyed, and your chances of ever functioning normally
again are gone. Just because an implant is the last resort doesn’t mean it’s not a good one.

A modern implant, when properly installed in the right patient, can work wonders.

It restores a man’s ability to enjoy a full relationship with his partner, making
his life whole again. Just as there are different types of makes and
models of cars, there are also various styles of
implants available. But the three-piece (two cylinders, reservoir and pump) models tend to
produce the happiest patients. Besides an expensive surgical procedure, significant side effects are possible.
These include mechanical failure (reportedly five percent), infection (devastating, but only two percent), erosion, migration, intractable pain, and auto inflation.
While some question the possibility of reactions similar to breast
implants, since the fluid is saline, there is no adverse reaction with the leakage.

Furthermore, the body appears to form a capsule around the components, almost in a self-protective manner.
How can a man relax and let things happen naturally?
It is a widely accepted fact that for a man to
have sexual desire, to be able to be aroused to erection and orgasm, he must feel relaxed.
Our emotions about a given situation are determined
by what we think about that situation. As a man moves from pleasure and relaxation to
performance and anxiety, the chances of problems increase.
In other words, the concerns or fears of being able to perform
are sufficient to produce anxiety and result in a lack of ability
to attain or maintain an erection.

All men have a psychological reaction to an erection problem even if its cause is primarily physical.
What do women think when a man can’t get hard?
When a man has an erectile problem, the couple has a
sexual problem. The women in the relationships frequently
have questions, doubts, resentments, insecurities, and a need for information, understanding, and reassurance.
Too often the man alone is seen as the patient and his partner is – at best – barely acknowledged, and – at worst-
merely tolerated or even discouraged. It is not enough if the partner’s participation is limited only to hearing the patient’s interpretations of the doctor’s replies.

Filtering information and questions through the patient
to the woman can lead to misunderstanding and unhappiness.
The woman’s own concerns and questions must be addressed.

Unlike many areas of medicine where only the patient is treated, with erection problems both members of the
couple need to be considered. Sometimes a woman, raised on the myths of men as highly sexual and always ready,
sees her partner’s erection as an emotional lie detector.
A woman may view an erection as proof that a
man loves or desires her. Therefore, she believes the absence
of an erection means he doesn’t care, or doesn’t find her attractive.

A potency problem can spiral into a major communication breakdown in a short period of time.

A typical scenario goes like this: a man experiences erection difficulties, feeling ashamed, embarrassed,
and “less of a man,” he withdraws from his partner.
With the lack of ability to perform, it’s not uncommon for
men to have a marked drop in their desire or libido.
After all, why put yourself in a position where you may not be able to perform?
A number of women whose partners have potency difficulties feel inadequate.
It’s not uncommon for a woman to blame herself. A woman may be fairly open about her self-blame or she may keep her feelings quite hidden. A woman may
also feel hurt and angry because her partner has withdrawn from her physically
and emotionally. The relief felt by an insecure partner
who understands she is not to blame can be enormous and can enable her to
more fully participate and support her partner’s diagnosis and treatment.

What causes an erection? During an erection blood fills two chambers in the penis and is trapped there.

The erection begins when the arteries open up as the smooth muscles of
the vessel walls relax. The veins which drain the blood
then close down and prevent blood from leaking out. A man must have an adequate blood
pressure to carry blood into the penis, and can have no leaks in the veins of his penis that will allow
the blood to escape. The nerves are the control mechanism which
coordinate the increase in pressure in the penis as well as the closing down of the veins.

A man needs sufficient levels of testosterone in order to have the desire, feel aroused,
and to get an erection. Any physical or emotional factor that affects a man’s
arteries, veins, nerves, or hormones can impact his erections.
A man must allow himself to relax in order for the blood vessels of the
penis to also relax so that he can get and maintain an erection. A discussion of the problem followed by a
physical examination is the first step toward diagnosing the cause of the problem.
How does stress relate to impotence? Stress is defined as any mental or physical demand that is placed on a person. Stress comes from “good” things as well as
events labeled as “bad.” Adrenaline is an erection buster.

A person’s reaction to stressful events is physiological.
Stress can cause a man’s heart rate to increase, and
it can elevate blood pressure, increase muscle tension,
and speed breathing. This phenomenon is called the “fight or flight” response.
What some people don’t know is that stress can pile on and cause
a cumulative effect. Constant arousal due to stress, can affect sleep, energy level, and concentration, as
well as sexual desire and functioning. Most patients and their
partners are not surprised that stress can cause an ulcer or a rise in blood pressure.

They are often surprised, however, that these factors can have an effect
on erections. A man’s normal response to stress, such as being afraid or angry,
is for the nervous system to move blood away from
“nonessential” activities and into muscles so that he can either fight or get away from the situation.

Ironically, fear of not being able to achieve an erection can actually cause an impotence problem.
That’s because if a man thinks that he is not going to get a erection, his body may respond to this belief by
shunting blood away from his penis, thus making his erection go away.
Are there any medical conditions that may affect sexual intimacy?
There are a number of medical conditions that are associated with impotence.
Probably the most common is the use of certain medications that have
side effects that can affect a man’s potency.
Examples are drugs used to treat high blood pressure,
sedatives, tranquilizers, and pain pills. Fortunately, the side effect of impotence is reversible
when the dosage is altered, or a different medication is prescribed by the
physician. Medical illnesses that are often associated with impotence are diabetes, heart conditions
    and kidney and liver diseases.

There are various surgical procedures that are often associated with impotence.

The most common are cancer surgery of the colon, rectum, bladder, and prostate gland.
Most problems of intimacy in the elderly can successfully be
treated. If a woman is suffering from the problem of
estrogen deficiency, then she should consult with her gynecologist who might prescribe some form of estrogen replacement therapy.
If a man suffers from impotence, he should contact a urologist who has sophisticated diagnostic techniques to identify the cause of the problem and recommend appropriate treatment.
I know there’s an injectable medication that produces erections, but I can’t
    face the needle.

Is there an alternative? Although many men are quite pleased with injections,
you’re not alone in your dislike of needles. In the
long run, self-injection is well accepted by only about half
of my patients. A number of devices have been developed to hide the needle—including a pen-like apparatus about the size of a cucumber that extends the needle with a push of a button—but the
needle-prick sensation is still there. Fortunately, a couple of
new approaches to inducing erections have arrived recently or soon will.

Some of my patients participated in a clinical trial of
urethral inserts of prostaglandin E1, the same medication used for injections.
With this approach, the dose is slipped into the urethra using a small, plunger-like device.

There it is absorbed through the urethra and into the
penis. At first, I was surprised that men didn’t object to inserting the medication into their urethra, but
it hasn’t turned out to be a problem. As is the case with injections, the
erection lasts up to an hour, and side effects are really minimal, generally at most only a mild burning sensation for 10
or 15 minutes after the insert is placed. Early results suggest that inserts are as successful
as injections (85 to 90 percent get erections), which is very successful indeed.
Approval by the FDA is pending and should arrive shortly.

Sildenafil is an oral medication that was developed in England to treat angina (chest pain from heart problems).
Sadly, it proved ineffective against angina, but it turned out
to have a pleasant side effect. Men involved in trials of sildenafil reported having more and firmer erections and more frequent sex.
It seems to be most helpful for men with erection problems that
aren’t physically based. Trials are underway but approval isn’t expected for another two years.
A little farther out on the horizon, an oral medication absorbed under
the tongue is now undergoing early trials to determine an effective dose with minimal side effects.
It may be a number of years before it becomes widely
available, but you should ask your doctor to keep you up to date on progress.
You might also consider trying a vacuum device, which produces an erection through suction developed
by a pump. Most men can achieve an erection using one, although many also tire of bothering
with the apparatus every time they want to have sex.
It works, but it’s not for the singles set. Need more information on male health issues?

Erectile dysfunction is a common condition of men in middle and older ages.

Twin studies suggest that about one-third of the
risk is due to genetic factors, independent of other known erectile dysfunction risk factors.
However, studies that have searched for specific genetic contributors have been limited
due to small sample sizes, candidate gene approaches, and weak phenotyping.
As a result, there are no confirmed genetic risk factors for erectile dysfunction.
This study finds a specific genetic cause for erectile
dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction affects millions of men worldwide.
Twin studies support the role of genetic risk factors underlying
erectile dysfunction, but no specific genetic variants have been identified.
We conducted a large-scale genome-wide association study of erectile dysfunction in 36,649 men in the multiethnic Kaiser
Permanente Northern California Genetic Epidemiology Research in Adult Health and Aging cohort.

We also undertook replication analyses in 222,358 men from the UK Biobank.
6.8 × 10−14), and the effect is independent of known erectile dysfunction risk factors, including body mass index (BMI).
The risk locus resides on the same topologically associating
domain as SIM1 and interacts with the SIM1 promoter,
and the rs17185536-T risk allele showed differential enhancer activity.
SIM1 is part of the leptin-melanocortin system, which has an established role in body weight homeostasis and sexual function. Because the variants associated with erectile dysfunction are not associated with differences in BMI, our findings suggest a mechanism that is specific to sexual
function. Discovery of an Erectile Dysfunction Risk Locus in the GERA Cohort and Replication in the UK Biobank Cohort.

Impotence is a male sexual disorder in which the man is consistently incapable of
achieving erections of the sex organ or getting ejaculation during sexual union. In some cases, the man may get
erections, but only for a period which is not long enough to finish off with the sexual act.
Impotence is also called ED or erectile dysfunction. An impotent male cannot have sex and
thereby cannot impregnate the partner. Impotency is the leading cause of break up between couples.
The risk of impotency accelerates as a man ages.
Getting an erection is a complicated procedure. When a male is sexually aroused, impulses from the genital area reach
the brain and nervous system which then transmit return signals to the blood vessels and muscles of the male sex organ, thereby erecting it.

Anything that impairs this interchange of signals, leads to
impotence. 1. Eliminate alcohol and tobacco from your life.
    2. Take your hypertension and diabetes medications properly to keep your BP and blood sugar in check.
    3. Testosterone replacement therapy may be opted for in order to fix the problem
of low testosterone which is one of the causes of impotency.
    4. Vacuum devices may be used to draw blood in to the male sex organ for optimum engorgement.
    5. Surgery may be undertaken to boost the blood flow to the male genitals.

    6. Surgical implants may be used to foster erection. 7.
Injection shots of medications like phentolamine, alprostadil (Caverject,
Edex) and papaverine may be given to the impotent male to facilitate relaxation of blood vessels in the sex organ and improve its performance.

    9. Oral medications like sildenafil, tadalafil,
vardenafil etc may be given to the impotent male to increase blood flow to his sex organ. 10.
Fend off your obesity through daily work-outs and a healthy diet.
    11. Extensive body massage can be a cure for impotence.
    12. Take cold hip baths early morning. 13. Consult a psychotherapist to
manage your depression and anxiety. Intake of 100 grams
of dried dates is a good cure for impotence. Consume jamun two times daily
to get rid of impotence. Chew 2-3 raw garlic cloves everyday to become sexually more potent.

Boil 15 grams of drumstick flowers in 200 ml milk for 20-25 minutes.
Strain and take the drink to get cured of impotency.

Do you feel numb? Experiencing tingling sensation in the perineum (the area between the anus and genital organs) after cycling?

The reason behind this worry is the extra pressure you put on your perineum due to
excessive cycling. Cycling, undoubtedly, is a great sport to enhance your overall fitness, manage proper weight and maintain healthy lifestyle.
However, there could one of the health risks associated with cycling in males and that is sexual impotence.
The perineum is the region where numerous arteries and capillaries are present,
which supply blood to the penile organ for an erection during
sexual stimulation. Too much of cycling by sitting on a bicycle saddle causes pain and numbness,
which can eventually cause poor erection.

The pressure exerted on the blood vessels and capillaries cuts down the blood supply to the penile
organ, which can affect the erection process. According to a study, the risk of erectile
dysfunction is high in men who do excessive cycling.
The good news is that impotency caused by cycling is
chiefly temporary. However, in some cases it could be permanent.
The benefits of cycling on your health weigh more heavily than the risk of erectile dysfunction due to perineum compression. Standing up and taking your perineum out of the bicycle
saddle relives the pressure. This eventually allows the blood
to flow freely around the blood vessels. Experts often recommend cyclists
to stand up from cycling every 15 minutes to improve circulation.
In addition, all cyclists should ensure that their bikes
fit them aptly. They need to consider proper frame size,
handle and saddle-bar height, saddle tilt, saddle fore and model of saddle.

Cycling is undeniably one of the best exercises to improve your
overall health, but make sure you do not perform it in excess.
The risk of erectile dysfunction is always high when it comes to excessive cycling.
It is imperative to talk to a physical trainer before including cycling in your
    daily routine.
